General information on shipping

The delivery takes place directly from our warehouse in Salmsach and usually arrives within 1-4 working days. The tracking number for tracking will be informed of your email. In exceptional cases and in the event of delivery bottlenecks or increased order volume, the delivery time can take up to 5 working days.

Chilled shipping

In summer at hot temperatures, we send the goods using reusable cooling packs at no extra charge.

The cooling lasts 24 to 48 hours, but does not constitute security or guarantee, but only a preventive measure to counteract the hot temperatures. In the event of damage to the goods due to high outside temperatures, reimbursement of the invoice amount is unfortunately not possible, as well as the return or cancellation.
